Restaurant scheme supporters visit the hatchery

In June, the team from iasg restaurant came from Glasgow to deliver their generous donation and see what we get up to at the hatchery. As a member of our restaurant donation scheme, iasg (from the Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel) has been raising money for the hatchery through donations from their diners. They raised £1000 from the scheme and generously matched it with a further £1000!

The iasg team learned about what we do with a talk in the Seabird Centre, tour of the hatchery and hen room and then got hands on with lobster V-notching and release!
